The Institute is located in two buildings:
- in the Electrical Engineering Building (Gmach Radiotechniki, GR – Faculty of Electrical Engineering, entrance A) at Koszykowa 75 (where administrative office, Optoelectronics Division, Microelectronic and Nanoelectronic Devices Division, Microsystems Technology and Electronic Materials Division are located)
- in the Electronics Building (Gmach Elektroniki, GE) at Nowowiejska 15/19 (teaching office and VLSI Design Division).
