Seminarium instytutowe

Serdecznie zapraszam na kolejne seminarium instytutowe, na którym dr inż. Andrzej Taube wygłosi wykład pt. „Opracowanie konstrukcji i technologii wytwarzania wertykalnych przyrządów mocy na bazie azotku galu i tlenku galu”.

Seminarium odbędzie się 30 stycznia 2024 r. o godz. 12.15 w sali 330 Gmachu Elektrotechniki (GR).

W ramach seminarium przedstawione zostaną podstawowe konstrukcje przyrządów półprzewodnikowych na bazie GaN przeznaczonych dla elektroniki mocy oraz ich możliwe obszary zastosowań. Przedstawione również zostaną wyniki prac badawczych prowadzonych w Łukasiewicz – Instytucie Mikroelektroniki i Fotoniki wraz z partnerami, dotyczących konstrukcji i technologii wertykalnych przyrządów półprzewodnikowych na bazie azotku galu. Omówione zostaną podstawowe właściwości tlenku galu predestynujące ten materiał do zastosowań w elektronice dużych mocy oraz wyzwania dotyczące dalszego rozwoju nowoczesnych przyrządów półprzewodnikowych bazujących na tym materiale. Przedstawione zostaną wyniki własnych prac badawczych dotyczących przyrządów na bazie β-Ga2O3, w tym kontaktów omowych i kontaktów Schottky’ego, przezroczystych diod Schottky’ego oraz heterozłączowych diod na bazie tlenku niklu i tlenku galu.
